Lots of photos today!!! We had a pretty quiet day today. This morning we had a playdate at one of Ben and my friend's house. Kali, Ben's friend, wanted to get married and Ben did not think it was such a good idea... it was so cute watching them. Kali went and got all dressed up in a princess dress, jewellery and lip gloss and demanded that they get married, Ben just looked at me like "what kind of playdate is this mom?!" Erika and I had a good laugh! Of course, I forgot my camera.... Other than that, it was a quiet day for us - Ben and I both snuck in a nap and did a little grocery shopping. I worked on a little
project of mine for part of Ben's nap..... you can take a peek below!

my second love these days....these have got to be the best thing invented to date!!!! They are brand new and they are delicious!!
look at how pretty and shiny they are! They are about twice the size of an m&M. I have gone through 2 bags by myself!!!
these are some of the cute cards that came in my Project Life kit. A friend of mine had this on her blog and if got me curious about what it was....This is the main reason for my blog. I can go back and take my photos from each day, print them and add the captions that I do on the blog right to my book....by the end of the year, I hope to have a book full of great memories!!! It will be so much fun to see how we all change in this next year and what it holds in store for us all....
my first completed week of my book - love it already!!! I think it will be so fun for Ben to look at this when he is older and can read. He can pull out the cards and see what I've written for each day. It will be something special for him (and me too!)
